The Annual Rail Fair is a production of the 4000 Foundation, LTD in partnership with the La Crosse Parks & Recreation Department.
All proceeds go to maintain and restore the La Crosse Short Line Railroad Heritage Museum.
Includes guided tours of the steam locomotive, caboose, and Grand Crossing Tower.
